For many years I followed all the “rules” of my industry.

I got ALL the degrees. I dutifully checked the boxes of the typically prescribed career path for both performance and an academic teaching career. I found myself burnt out, disillusioned, mistreated, underpaid and thinking “how did I get here?”

I was working all the time, unable to spend enough time with my family and constantly having to re-create the wheel.

I decided to BURN THE RULEBOOK and create the life and career of my dreams.

Now I enjoy a multifaceted career as coach, speaker, performer and fierce advocate for positive change in the music industry.
